SHIPPING AND RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we allow you to return within 14 days.
The shipping costs and duties for the return will need to be paid by you. Please note you are responsible for the return shipping and we highly recommend you to obtain proof of postage in the form of tracking number and keep the receipt and details as we are not able to proceed with any returns if the item fails to reach us .
Items must be returned in the same condition as received and in its original package with its attached tags.If the packages returned damaged or in a poor condition will be automatically returned back to the customer on receipt and no refund will be made.
Items must be returned in perfect, unused condition and it must not be worn, altered or washed. Any sign of use will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Products may only be returned in the country in which they were originally purchased;
Products purchased from our online store cannot be exchanged. If you wish to exchange the purchased item, you can initiate a return and then proceed to place a new order.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we received your returned item. We will also notify you in case your refund has not been approved.
If approved, we will process your refund within 14 days and credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method.
All deliveries are subject to the delivery costs which will be quoted at checkout. All costs are to be paid by the customer unless stated otherwise. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped with a tracking number.
Please make sure to track your order package and be aware if customs are trying to contact you.
We unfortunately cannot take responsibility once the package is in your country.
